Symposium Edible Insects: The Value Chain

Edible Insects: the Value Chain symposium was a great success, with 147 participants from 26 countries and a variety of speakers from the insect world. Over the two days, five topic areas were addressed, including Insect Rearing, Insect Processing, Insects in Nutrition and Health, Insect Food and Feed Industry, and Insects: Consumers and Society.
We would like to thank all those who attended for a fantastic couple of days and look forward to hosting another event in future.
